Speedometer Cable
Speedometer Cable
This cable goes from the speedo to the driver side front wheel. Before replacing hang the new cable up by the end that goes to the speedo and squirt some oil into the cup while turning the other end . We find the new cables come dry and you will get more life out of the cable if you oil it. If you put a new cable in and bust it right away, your speedo head is probably frozen or you have a hell of a bend in the cable.

This seal fits into the body sealing the cable to the body. It is not a must but does keep air and dirt out of the trunk.
