We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Refunds are subject to products being returned in “Like New” condition that can be resold as new. Determination of the condition is solely determined by Wolfgang International. Please call in advance to obtain return instructions.

Sales Tax Policy

California residents will be charged sales tax at the current sales tax rate for Shasta County.

Damaged or Missing Parts Policy

We take every precaution to make sure that your order will be packed and shipped in good condition, however, if you have a problem with your order, please let us know. Do not return merchandise without calling us first. In order to file a claim for missing or damaged merchandise, you must carry out these instructions within the first 48 hours. Before contacting us, please read and follow these steps.

For Damaged Parts

We take great care to make sure your parts are packed correctly. If you should receive a damaged item and the package shows signs of any damage, please call the freight carrier and request an inspection. Do not discard any of the packing material. If you experience any problems dealing with the carrier, give us a call and we’ll try to help.

For Missing Parts

If you are missing parts, please check the invoice and make sure they weren’t backordered. If you have been charged for the part, please check the box and packaging thoroughly. Small pieces tend to get lost in the packing material and so we sometimes tape these parts to larger pieces or the inside flap of the box. Please check the top and bottom flaps. Was the box tampered with or damaged in any way that the item could have fallen out?

Return Policy

  • No merchandise will be accepted for return without a copy of the receipt.
  • Any return after 30 days may be subjected up to a 10% restocking fee.
  • No returns after 90 days.
  • Damaged or dirty packaging or a damaged or dirty product may not be acceptable for a return. If it is accepted, it may be subjected to up to a 50% or more restocking fee.
  • No return on special order items, including TMI products.
  • No return on electrical items.
  • No return on freight costs unless there was an error on our part.
