These springs return the valves back to their seats.
These hold the end of the valve stem into the spring retainer. If you are running stock valves then these should touch when installed around the stem allowing the valve to spin. If you are running Stainless Steel valve then I grind the sides so the do not touch when installed on the stem. The reason for that is SS is soft and without a tight grip the metal tends to pull up around the grooves made for the keeper. These are stock and sold each.
