We have had good luck with stock keepers on single springs. These are a must for dual springs. If you are going to be running stainless steel valves, it is important that you grind the keepers. Take a stainless steel valve and wrap two keepers in their grooves. You will notice the sides of the keepers touch and you can spin the valve. Grind the sides of the keepers so they do not touch. This will make the keepers fit tight to the valve stem This is a must on stainless steel valves.
